Can I earn CDP Points?

The ASP 2016 Conference is under the scientific category for CPD hours. Delegates are able to claim 14 (and up to 20 including workshop) of CPD hours by attending the Conference sessions. The hours can only be calculated by attendance at face to face sessions. Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and social functions are not included. 

 How do I get a Certificate of Attendance?

If you require a Certificate of Attendance for attending ASP 2016 please send an email to the Conference Managers  Certificates will be issued electronically post conference. Delegates are able to claim 14 (and up to 20 including workshop) of CPD hours by attending the Conference sessions.

Is there a taxi rank at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre?

Yes. Taxi ranks are located on the main entrance to the Convention Centre on Merivale Street, at Mantra South Bank on Grey Street. There is a taxi drop off located at the Convention Centre Grey Street entrance. ASP 2016 is located in the Grey street side of the Convention Centre.

Does my registration include tickets to the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner?

The Welcome Reception and Conference dinner is included in all delegate registration categories excluding  undergraduate student registration categories. Tickets may be purchased onsite at ASP 2016 at the registration desk but this is subject to availability.

If I can no longer attend the Conference Dinner or Welcome Reception can I get a refund?

All fees are non-refundable from 28 February 2016.

Where is the closest place to get a coffee at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre?

The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre has their own Cafés where you can purchase barista made coffee. Olio Café and Bar is located on ground floor of  the Grey Street side and Merivales Cafe Bar & Restaurant is located in the Merivale Street Main Foyer.
